
Dan Korem is an
independent investigative journalist,
author, documentary producer, speaker
and a world-class magician (his
profession prior to 1981). He is the
president of Korem Productions, a
Dallas-based communications company
that researches issues relevant to
the international community and
communicates through electronic and
print media. Korem is a frequent
keynote speaker and lecturer for
corporate, professional, and
university groups in the US and
Europe. Issues addressed include:
deception as it affects business,
ethical and social trends; profiling
in corporate as well as
confrontational environments;
formation of aberrant groups; methods
of paranormal power fakers;
international youth trends; and youth
gangs.
He produced the
documentary, Psychic Confession, the
first expose and confession of a
cult-like figure who claimed to have
paranormal powers, and the
educational four-part children's
video series, Kid Tricks, that
instructs youths through the vehicle
of simple sleight of hand tricks how
to resist deception. He is also the
author of several books, including
Streetwise Parents, Foolproof Kids,
Powers: Testing the Psychic and
Supernatural and Korem Without Limits
