INCREASES RISK OF RANDOM ACTOR INCIDENTS - US Task force recommends that all
youth be tested. This is the pool where the Random Actor youths come from who

DK (06-22-06): Study - 1 in 4 do not have a close friend /
confidant (was only 10% in 1985). This study tracks Americans back to 1985,
when the average citizen said they had 3 people who they could turn to for help.
Today, 1 in 4 say they don't have anyone (it was 10% in 1985). This means that
they don't have a "Protector" (covered in Chapter 21) and more people who are
isolated are no doubt people with the Random Actor traits. Article
