    Immediate Results: The typical professional when tested only has 25-35% profiling accuracy. This means that most of your team members will inaccurately begin an interaction with an individual 75-65% of the time. K&A will move your professionals to 75% accuracy or higher in just 1-2 days.
     Interactive Keypad Technology: All training utilizes interactive keypad technology. Your team will view video clips of real people in real situations, have 10 seconds to respond. Improved accuracy is dramatic and immediate. Typical team moves to 75% accuracy or higher.
